Meet the Team

Founder & CEO
Dr. Ray Hamilton, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Ray Hamilton is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, healthcare innovator, and founder of Virtual Mind Wellness — a modern psychiatric practice built at the intersection of integrative care, technology, and accessibility.
With more than a decade of experience across integrated health systems, addiction treatment programs, inpatient detox centers, and outpatient psychiatric care, Dr. Hamilton recognized the growing need for compassionate, evidence-based mental-health services — especially for individuals seeking holistic healing or support with substance use disorders. This insight inspired the creation of Virtual Mind Wellness.
Dr. Hamilton’s mission is to expand access to high-quality mental health care through secure digital platforms, data-informed treatment models, and a human-centered therapeutic approach. He leads Virtual Mind Wellness with a commitment to clinical integrity, innovation, and the belief that healing becomes possible when care meets people exactly where they are.
